When placing an order, customers have the option of either registering for an account, or checking out without registering. The information collected is used for shipping and order tracking only; we do not sell, give, or release customer information to any other party for any reason. Similarly, names or email addresses provided by people who register for newsletters are kept absolutely private as well.
Customers have three payment options: secure online payment through either Paypal or Google Checkout, or offline payment via check or postal money order (money orders issued through the U.S. Post Office only). If you choose the check/postal money order option, your order will be shipped after payment has cleared, which can take up to 14 days. As stated above, all information is kept private. Phone ordering is not available at this time.
Games: Returns on games will be accepted for 7 days after receipt by customer; games must be unopened. If you are missing a game piece, please contact us; we do not manufacture the games, and therefore do not have any replacement game pieces, but we can call the manufacturer to check on availability.
Books: Returns on books, in good condition, will be accepted for 7 days after receipt by customer. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refund (includes shipping and bank processing times). If you can include a copy of the original receipt, that is preferred; if not, please email or call first so that we can look up the receipt for you. Money (purchase price + original shipping + taxes if any) will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased: credit card purchases will receive refunds only to the account purchase was made on; purchases made with money orders or checks will receive a check refund. Return shipping not refunded, so using USPS Media Mail is recommended.
Wizards & Fairies will refund return shipping ONLY when an item was shipped in error.

All shipping rates are generated real-time, therefore, the rates that appear in your shopping cart are the most accurate rates possible. You may choose to have your order shipped via UPS or US Postal Service (USPS). If you absolutely require another shipper, please contact us and we'll set it up for you. USPS is the preferred shipper for international (outside the US) orders.
All orders are packed carefully to avoid damage: we really want your stuff to arrive safely! If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a return.
